Little Explorer Reward Program

Little Explorer Rewards is a way for us to thank you for supporting our business because it really does mean so much to us!

For every $1 spent at Little Explorers Toy Shop, you’ll be rewarded with 1 Explorer Point. For every 100 Explorer Points, you get $5 Off your order. 

100 Explorer Point = $5 credit

This is something we are so excited about but it is also very new. If you do have any issues, do not hesitate to contact us and let us know. We will do our best to resolve the issue. 😊

So, how does it work?

  1. Create a store account to start earning – you earn 100 Explorer Points just for creating an account!
  2. Place an order and Explorer Points are automatically rewarded after every purchase.

Ways to earn bonus points!

  1. Birthday rewards gift (100 Explorer Points). Please Note: Your birthday must be entered 30 days prior to the date.
  2. Follow us on Instagram (20 Explorer Points)
  3. Like us on Facebook (20 Explorer Points)
  4. Share us on Facebook (30 Explorer Points)

How do I check my Play Points balance and redeem Play Points?

  1. Make sure you are signed into your account and access the Little Explorer Rewards dashboard which should appear on the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
  2. On the Dashboard, you are able to view your Explorer Points Balance
  3. On the Rewards tab, you are able to view which rewards you are eligible to redeem. Once you have selected ‘Redeem’, you will be issued with a discount code to use at checkout for your nominated $ amount.

  4. Once you redeem you Explorer Points for a reward, the reward will remain on your account until you decide to use it on a purchase. Points however, are not automatically returned to an account if a reward is redeemed and not used.

Other Terms and Conditions...

  • Reward points are not transferable between accounts.
  • Reward points can't be redeemed for cash.
  • Reward points can only be earned on a product purchase price and excludes shipping costs.
  • Reward Points from separate accounts cannot be merged together.
  • Rewards program has commenced as of 9th July 2021 and unfortunately, we are not able to back date rewards for past purchases. 
  • Our Brand Representative discounts still work but just be aware Shopify will only allow 1 promo code to be used at a time. 
  • We reserve the right to make any changes to the program that we feel are necessary and align with our business needs. These changes will be communicated.
