Refund Policy

As a valued customer of Little Explorers Toys Shop, we would like to thank you for your purchase. Little Explorers Toy Shop is committed to providing the highest quality products. In the instance that you may need to return one of your items, the following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made online littleexplorerstoyshop.com.au.

Full Price Items

Fulle priced items purchased online are eligible for an exchange. Refunds are only available if the item is deemed faulty. 

Sale Items

The purchase of sale items is final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds in any sale items purchased unless deemed faulty.

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:
— The goods are returned to, and received by, our team within 7 days of receiving order. 
— Item(s) must be in perfect condition and must not have been used, altered, damaged or washed.  
— Item(s) must be in original packaging with any/all tags attached, including dust bags. 
— Gift cards cannot be returned

Little Explorers Toys Shop reserves the right to reject returns  that do not comply and are subject to alterations and cancellations as per our returns policy.

Damaged & Faulty Items:

As some of our toys are crafted from a natural resource, the sizes, colours, and wood grain may slightly vary to those in the photos. Each piece of wood has different grains, colours, and variations. We do not consider natural markings or colour deviations a defect, but instead proof of quality and the woods' natural origin. 

The quality of each of our products is checked before shipment. In the unlikely event that a product is received faulty, we will gladly replace or refund it provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving order. Contact littleexplorerstoyshop@gmail.com Please provide your invoice or order number with a photo and details of the fault. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns & Exchanges Process

1. Submit a Exchange
Please email littleexplorerstoyshop@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item and include the following: 

- Original order number 

- Reason for the return or exchange 

- Photo/s of the faulty item or item you are wishing to exchange 

2. Wait for your Response Email 
An email will be sent in response to your request. Further instructions depending on your situation will also be provided in the email. For an exchange, Little Explorers Toy Shop is not responsible for the cost of shipping/postage or if the parcel becomes lost in transit. We recommend making sure that all exchanges sent back are sent with track & trace.
